Isaac and Toby’s Pupil Blog-2nd May

The Wasps came in again last week to teach the year 4 to 5 children Tag Rugby. They gave us free tickets to watch them play Northampton. The Wasps won to the delight of the Bournebrook children that went. There was a great atmosphere!

Continuing with sporting news, the boys football team played two games on Thursday. It was a great occasion with us losing the first match against Milverton right at the end 1-0 and winning the next one 2-0 with goals from Dawson! A big thank you to Mr Mears for working hard with the team and anybody who spectated the match for braving the hot sun and supporting us.

Myton Hospice came in today to give us another assembly on how we could help people in need and facing difficult illnesses. She has opened up a fundraising scheme to raise money. All children will be given  an envelope and some simple tasks to do. These tasks will be sponsored and at the end, an envelope will be pulled out at random and whoever is picked will win a teddy bear.

Thank you for reading our blog. If you know friends and family would like to read this then recommend it to them. Make sure to check in next week for Bournebrook news.
