Bournebrook children from Reception to Year Six met together on the playground to observe two minute’s silence at eleven o’ clock on the eleventh of November as we remembered those who have given their lives for our freedom.

Earlier this term, Beech class had visited the war graves in the churchyard and placed wooden crosses on the graves.

Today, on Remembrance Sunday, Katie and Charlie our oldest and youngest children layed a wreath of poppies on the war memorial in the village after the Service of Remembrance.
