Mrs Manning’s Outdoor Opportunity – Monday

Find the age of a tree in your garden. You can use a tape measure or a piece of string. Measure around the trunk at about the height of your head. If you have used string you can take it indoors and measure it using a ruler . Roughly every 2.5 cm is one year of growth so for example if the tree trunk measures 40 cm it will be about 16 years old. How old is the oldest tree you can find ?

Keep safe – I’m missing you all !!!
