Located in the rural village of Fillongley, Bournebrook CofE Primary School is a joyful church school. We are looking to appoint an outstanding Class Teacher to join our friendly and dedicated team. We seek a passionate and enthusiastic educator, someone who resonates with our school’s vision ‘Let all that you do be done in love’. and consistently champions our Christian principles.

We are willing to be flexible regarding working patterns for the right candidate.

The successful applicant will:
Be a qualified teacher
Have experience of working in Key Stage 1 or Early Years
Be enthusiastic, hardworking, resourceful and keen to ensure that the highest standards of pupil achievement, personal development and well-being are attained
Have high expectations of the children’s learning and behaviour and be committed to raising standards
Be skilled at tailoring and adapting learning to meet the needs of individual pupils
Use their initiative and work effectively as part of a team
Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with parents and carers to achieve the best outcomes for their children
Is committed to CPD for themselves and others
Is an enthusiastic, resilient and imaginative individual, who will create a learning environment where children feel secure
Have a high level of commitment to the pupils in your care.
Possess a positive, energetic and enthusiastic outlook.
Demonstrate patience, understanding and empathy with pupils and parents.
